Terms of Service

These terms apply to all services provided by Jakub Wnuk, Adersstr. 71, 40215 Düsseldorf, unless a separate written agreement applies.

Web design, development, hosting, maintenance and related services as agreed per project.

Invoices are payable within 14 days unless otherwise agreed.

Liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Place of jurisdiction is Düsseldorf, insofar as legally permissible.
